There are only about eight necro skills to choose from; also, most people farming Charr opt to carry a ranger pet with them.

Here is a straightforward blood build:
[skill]Vampiric Gaze[/skill][skill]Vampiric Touch[/skill][skill]Life Siphon[/skill][skill]Charm Animal[/skill][skill]Comfort Animal[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
and two slots for whatever else you feel like throwing in. Be wary of [skill]Blood Renewal[/skill]; it's easy to be spiked to death if you time it poorly. [skill]Faintheartedness[/skill] is good for slowing down the Hunters. You could also put leftover attribute points in Death Magic; Charr are weak against the cold damage from [skill]Deathly Swarm[/skill].

An alternative strategy is to invest heavily in Curses, usually only if you have access to the GotY staff. I believe that players taking this route utilize [skill]Troll Unguent[/skill] for self-preservation rather than blood spells.

I am using a necro ranger right now in pre for the LDoA title. I have maxed out my marksmanship, and have placed the remainder into wilderness survival and blood magic. I am using the Poisonous Nevermore Flatbow and have the trader armor. My skill set is Read the Wind, Dual Shot, Life Siphon, Vampiric Gaze, Blood Renewal, Vampiric Touch, Troll Unguent, and Ignite Arrows. When I have my pet I replace Ignite Arrows and Blood Renewal with Charm Animal and Comfort Animal. My process is to first use Read the Wind, Then Dual Shot, and if I do not have a Monk in my party, I use Life siphon and then spam Vampiric Gaze and Dual Shot. If I have a Monk then I focus more on using Dual Shot since it delivers more damage. Also, Always try to take out the Shaman first. If you need any more info, presearing.com is a good reference.

Later,
Allen
